Testing Services
As a Federal Aviation Authority (FAA)-accepted dynamic test facility, Jamco America can test mechanical, acoustic, static load, fire, ballistic, and environmental properties all right here at our Everett, Washington facilities. Certification
Jamco America is an experienced design and production approval holder, with the ability to issue certifications including Supplemental Type Certificate (STC), Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA), and Technical Standard Order (TSO) Authorization.
Technical Publications
Our Technical Publications department employs qualified engineers and writers using the latest electronic publishing tools to provide the highest quality documents to our customers. Our manual texts and graphics are published in accordance with ATA iSpec2200, Spec 2000, S1000D and ASD Simplified Technical English guidelines.
Manufacturing
Jamco America utilizes the latest manufacturing techniques to enable parts and components to be produced over shorter periods and at lower costs compared to conventional methods. Machining
Jamco America’s in-house machine shop is equipped with advanced CNC machining centers, enabling the production of complex, high-precision components for aircraft interiors. Our capabilities extend beyond machining to include anodizing and a dedicated wire shop, allowing for end-to-end fabrication, finishing, and assembly under one roof.
